Abstract:

The paper suggests that, apart from actual-durative meanings, imperfective grammemes in Russian can also express non-actual durative meanings that are inherent in imperfective aspect grammemes in repetition contexts. As for repetition meanings themselves, they are expressed in the context or even in the pretext.
